Ah, page format! That's pretty easy. All you do is type the following:
Your text here. Another paragraph here. Blah blah blah Do you: *[[Adventure/Option 1]] *[[Adventure/Option 2]] *[[Adventure/Option 3]] {{Any template stuff here}} [[Category: Name of story (or an acronym!)
Do produce:
Your text here.
Another paragraph here.
Blah blah blah Do you:

NOTE: Category is just colored font. Also, we used the status template, which you can find out about in one of the pages in this tutorial (MT/Status Stuff to be exact). Now, you can move on!
