You decide to resist the attacker. Slamming your fist across his jaw, you succeed in momentarily stunning him. Your victory is hallow, though. He grabs both your arms, holding you back.
The pirate laughs aloud.
"You have spunk, kid. Why don't you join us and put it to use?"
The offer seems tempting.
