Strangle the woman

You take out your strangling wire and approach the woman. When you are about a metre from her, you hear a silenced gun shoot and feel extreme pain in your hand. The woman quickly turns around with terror on her face as you drop the wire because of the pain. A guard pushes you against the wall and puts handcuffs on you
