You strap on the collar and cuffs, and insert the butt plug into your ass. The cuffs have links so that you can attach them to other things or each other, as does the collar.
"Very good," says the voice again. "Now please attach these to your cuffs." After a moment, four tiles slide over, two in the floor and two in the ceiling. The ceiling ones reel themselves down and the floor ones run back into a round hole in the ground, just big enough for the rope. You attach the ceiling ones to your wrists and the floor ones to your ankles and wait.
Slowly the ropes are ratcheted back into place, until you are suspended in midair, spread eagle.
