Time Stopper/Morning

You wake up. It was morning, but you didn't feel that powerful. You felt... normal.
You found an envelope on your bedside table. You tear it open, pulling a folded sheet of paper out.
"Time Stopping For Dummies" you read aloud.
"Real mature" you say, rolling your eyes as you unfolded the paper.
"Stopping and resuming time is simple! Just snap your fingers and do what you please. (In the event you have no fingers please contact Cronus)"
Hmm... doesn't seem too hard.
"Whilst time is stopped you will have complete control over the environment. Any pain inflicted to a frozen person will immediately register after restarting time. Please note that if you wish for someone to join you in a time stop, all you have to do is press your thumb against their forehead."
"Interesting..." you smile.
What will you do now?
