Paul worked at the Sandwich Sultan over on Washington. He was a great employee; always showed up to work on time, always washed his hands after using the restroom, always read the customers' orders back to them at the drive-thru. "He's a nice guy," customers used to say about him. Probably would've killed someone if it meant a promotion - which it might have.
Only one question remained: why would the Sandwich Sultan want your father dead? Your father wasn't the owner of a rival fast food restaurant or anything. He was an insurance salesman. And he didn't even sell insurance to the Sandwich Sultan.
Maybe that's why they wanted him dead.
