"If anyone tries to send us another bloody letter..." He point to a white box that he's holding. You ignore him and set up your sleeping quarters. Everyone else gets a confortable sleeping bag, including your cousin Dudley, who got one for his birthday. Which reminds you.... You remember it's your birthday tomorrow. Every birthday so far has been miserable for you, because usually no one remembers it. This probably will be the same. Everyone falls asleep, except for you, as you are constantly checking the time. At 11:55, you start counting down the seconds. 5...4....3...2...1... You're 11. A large thump starts. Everyone wakes up. The banging increases, getting louder by the second. |
