You make a mental note to replace the papal court with good Germans as soon as possible and mime your way through the ceremonies. In what passes for wit in this place, the bishop pronounces you Urban II when it comes time to announce your regnal name to the multitude.
After you are finally settled into your chambers, though, there are some choices to make.
