The Goddess and the Demon
I'm not sure if you're still looking for it after all these years, but if you haven't and want to take a trip down memory lane, I found a copy on Internet Archive (web.archive.org/web/20120503100133/http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5119512/1/The_Goddess_and_the_Demon). The first two chapters are there for sure, but I haven't looked through the rest yet. Hopefully it's a complete copy (although it's possible you've already found it anyway!).
