Brainstorming, Notes, & Discussion on the Dragon Masters
Of the four characters the player can be apprenticed to, Bairn Novison is the most fleshed out (he's one of the main characters for a story I'm writing). Yylvan Droonga is the second character I've fleshed out the most (appearing as a minor side character in said novel).
