You start by trying to craft some playfull banter, but Kelly doesn't seem to catch on. So instead you try being a little more direct.
"You know I've always had a crush on you." You say in the boy's voice, trying to sound a little pitiful so it sounds believable.
"Will, this is a suprise... But I,m sorry. I don't like you in that way."
Shot down, you rebound a little. From the look on her face, you can tell for sure that she really doesn't like your host as anything other than a friend.
You could try to recover, and go back to conversation with her, or you could make a move anyway.
