Piggy: "There's always one way out: back the way I came from!"
You scavenge to find a ball of yarn, and tie it to the cabin's doorframe. You start going back the way you came from, but the yarn runs out in only a few minutes. You find more yarn, rope, measuring tape, bedsheets, anything that you can possible tie together. After twenty minutes of this, you notice to your distress, that you've come back to the cabin that you left from.
Piggy: "Oh bugger. I must be going in circles!"
To an even greater distress, you remember that you didn't turn any corners.
Piggy: "Oh no. OH NO!"
The submarine must have spatial loops. You try in vain to find an exit, but after a few hours, you die of hunger.
