You lift Claire over your fence and to your house. You glance in worry at the flaming ruin of the Parks home. Your backyard is somewhat large with little that can burn. You do not think the flames will spread this far but you cannot be sure.
As you enter the kitchen you hear the sound of an engine starting. Someone is stealing your car! You drop Claire and run to the garage. You throw open the door just in time to see Melanie pulling your car out into the street.
