You tell Melanie to stay put and stay quiet and jump the fence into the Parks backyard. The smoke and heat is very thick here and you start coughing. You run to the window and see Claire coughing sticking her head out the window desperate for fresh air.
You tell her she needs to jump but she screams back that the is afraid of heights and that the stairs to the first floor is filled with smoke.
