The form has a semi-solid, gaseous appearance. Overall, it looks very similar to a cloud of smoke to you. You move your uninjured hand toward the smoke cloud and pass through it, feeling nothing in the process. Then you move your burning hand toward the cloud and notice that the cloud moves away from you. You retract your hand, and the cloud comes nearer to you.
