Edward looks at you strangely.
"It's true," you say. "My name is Maria and I came here on a special mission. I know what will happen to you in the future because i have seen everything."
Edward clearly looks like he doesn't believe you.
"You don't believe me." You state, "I can prove it to you, for example I know you can read minds." You're not sure if you should have revealed that information but it is too late now. You can see he is taken aback at your declaration.
"That-How-" he is clearly in shock now. You are beginning to get worried but he gathers himself quickly. "That is true but for some reason I cannot read your mind."
