Soon afterwards the noise stops and you forget about it.
You see a couple of cops from a distance. They must be here because of the mess you left a week ago, after one of your kills. One of them is a small brunette female in her mid 30's and the other is a rather large black male.
You've never liked the authority. Back when you were still a human, you were quite the whore and whores in the Victorian age, regularly ended in the gallows.
They don’t seem to notice you. Too busy with the horrific scene laid out before them. You gave a sly smile before continuing on with your night.
