A prision ship: remnant of the days when the Hulks were filled with the dregs from Britannica's overflowing prisions. Now that the Hulks have gained independence, it serves as a holding-bay for anyone that's gotten on the bad side of the Beggar-Captains. Its crew are allowed to sail the ship themselves, but closely observed at all times.
