Could someone explain to me why this story has been moved from “Adult stories” to “No One Should Read These?”

I haven't read all the routes yet, but my main guess is that the writing is rather poor, and when it isn't, it takes forever for something to happen. I would happily send it to "No one should read these" -Noss
