As you press the switch, the light goes on, and you hear a group of people shout behind you:
People: "SURPRISE!"
You jump, heavily. You did not expect something like this at all. After jolting around to have a look, you see to your relief, that it's a group of your friends, gathered around a decorated table with a birthday cake. There's Swine, Indiana, The Alphabet Bird, and a few others that you can't discern in your shock. After catching your breath, you decide give them a right third degree interrogation.
Piggy: "What on... How are you at the bottom of the ocean!?"
Suddenly, it all comes back to you. You're not at the bottom of the ocean at all, you're in your kitchen. What happened was, after you came out of the coma, your friends decided to arrange a special triple birthday party. They placed you in a virtual reality machine and slightly manipulated your memory so that the party would still be a surprise. The machine simulated your fishing trip in a way that would have you end up in a cave at the bottom of the ocean.
Piggy: "Oh geez guys, this must be like, the third best surprise anyone has ever made. Thanks."
Swine is about to cut into the cake, until The Alphabet Bird interrupts him:
The Alphabet Bird: "Now Swine, it's Piggy's Day. You should let him do the honours."
You have a extra large slice of your birthday cake, and a bag of whale-o's. That night you sleep, safe for another day.
