Travelling down to the valley floor, you eventually arrive at the river crossing, where you encounter the huge figure that you witnessed before; Cloaked in midnight black armour and barbaric spikes, you cannot see the face or body of this individual, yet it is obvious that this is a massive black Minotaur, its curled horns protruding from the beasts head. Its eyes rake your defenceless body with lust, while the huge bulge beneath its loincloth grows even larger as its arousal grows. Looking around you, you see a large, ornate tent on the other side of the bridge, presumably where this despised beast lives. Skulls and broken armour litter the floor, while a white, creamy, DELICIOUS (wait, where did that thought come from?) substance is pooled around the ground, obviously from the Minotaur in front of you. There seems to be no other way of crossing other than the bridge, unless... you consider the water rushing by. It would be dangerous, you might not make it, but you would be able to avoid dealing with the beast if you braved the unrelenting rapids to the other side. | There seems to be no other way of crossing other than the bridge, unless... you consider the water rushing by. Struggling to your feet, you are a barraged by waves of pain and humiliation, only now fully understanding what had just happened to your body, what it means to the code that you trained with almost your entire life. Shattered both mentally and physically, you are forced to your knees by some immeasurable weight, the failure of your duties as a paladin, the evil laughter of those bandits, the shame of being used lower than a common whore, all of this and floods into your mind. But what really wounds your mind is the fact that, despite it all, there is a tiny part of you constantly chanting in your mind, telling you how much you loved it, how lowly peasants armed with nothing but damaged weaponry and no training overpowered a holy paladin with blessed sword and a life time of training excited you. It whispers how the only way this could have happened is if you wanted it to, the voice tells how you lie to yourself of your feelings, despite the years of repressed feelings in your very basest of being you wished that it would happen again, at the mercy of some foul beast.
Yet among the despair and the voices telling you to surrender to your inner demons, there is a squashed and quiet voice calling out to you; you can't give up, you need to get revenge, protect the innocent from others like those bandits, uphold the creed you have followed all these years. You must carry on, WILL carry on... it begins as a crawl, your naked form protesting against you, but soon you manage to hobble to your feet, taking tentative steps along the old cobbled road. Soon this transforms to strides and almost before realising it, you have reached the crest of the hill and look upon the valley below you. A long, murky, winding river snakes its way across the valley floor, disappearing out of sight in both directions, while rushing water flows with almost unbelievable speed. From what you can see, the only way across this river is a small wooden bridge, with a huge dark figure standing guard in front of the bridge, yet from this distance you cannot discern any detail. Across the river is a small forest of evergreens, with a small tower on the far side, it is possible that either they or the figure below will be able to help your vulnerable self.
