Not only would it get the guards off your back, a false alarm might make them less eager to investigate disturbances. You work your way to the eastern side of the estate, avoiding patrols along the way. The eastern side of the estate contains the stables, a smithy, and several practice dummies for the guards. It shouldn't be too difficult to send the guards running over here, but how?
