A tiny custom made Swiss arm knife which consist of a knife, can opener, screw driving and a lock picking set. The knife is tiny which is about 2.3in in length which you could easily hide within you small fist without being notice by other.
The knife is now inside your Hidden Pocket. There is no point you would use it now.
