When Gandalf offers to reward Bill for information, the mercenary smiled. "I only care about one thing, Wizard - and that's money. There is only one way for me to get the most money I can out of you - and that is to give you the most valuable thing I can offer. And right now - with this rag-tag group you're calling a Fellowship - the thing you need most is me. If you pay me what I'm worth, I'll help you get that halfling back. I already know where they will be keeping him - Isengard. Even better, I know how to get him out. Now, lets talk price."
