Summer waits patiently for Alice to return from checking in at the student center. Five minutes later, Summer spots Alice walking back towards her, relieved the checkin took so little time. After all, its hot and humid and Summer had to wait much longer earlier in the day, when more students were arriving all at once.

"Thank you so much for waiting," Alice says, a large envelope with freshman orientation materials and a Blue Mountain University lanyard with a room key in her hand, "I'm apparently in 323 Fontaine Hall."

"Wait, that's my room, no way!" Summer exclaims, "Are we roommates then?"

"Woah, yeah that is really lucky, what're the chances" Alice smiles wide, excited to have a roommate she is obviously going to get along with. "I'm so excited, want to head to head to our room? I really want to unpack and check it out!"

"Definitely! Fontaine is actually pretty close to the center of campus, guess we got lucky."

Alice and Summer grab Alice's luggage and, following Summer's lead, they start to walk up the main campus pathway towards the heart of campus. The pathway, lined closely by trees, soon opens up as they near Fontaine Hall. Large, fresh cut grass fields are on either side of the path, and freshman are already busy. A few guys, shirts off, are throwing a football around. A small circle of students appear to be lounging and chatting, probably getting to know one another. There are students playing frisbee, and a few are just sitting and reading underneath the shade of a few trees dotting the field.
