The warm weather from yesterday had dissolved, leaving in it's path, a cold, grey world were sun was no more, and rain poured down in heavy sheets.

You curl you fingers into your palm, wish you hadn't fished your hot coffee. Numbness starts creeping into your fingers, and your nose is burning from the cold. Mud sloshes under your boots, and your toes wiggle in their socks. You suddenly wish you had more water-proof shoes-but alas, you suffer with shoes too wore to keep out the water.
