You had some troubles on working out how to open it, first you tried moving your hand to touch it, but that didn't work, so you called out a bunch of different 'passwords', such as 'Open Mail!', or 'Letters Please'. That didn't work either. Eventually though, you worked out that all you had to do was to think it through your mind. You shouted, in your head, "Let me see my mail!"
