You re-settle into a comfortable position, close your eyes, and this time you do find sleep. During your sleep you have an extremely odd dream.
You wake up an unknown amount of time later. You feel quite refreshed, but you're a bit hungry and quite thirsty.
You wonder when you'll get to choose who lives. Well, he'll presumably let you know at the right time.
