They seem to be made out of sandstone. Soon you can see a yellowish glow ahead. The path curves, and you're confronted with a room. It's long and rectangular, and torches burn at every corner. At the other end of the room is a flight of stairs leading up. Shelves are cut into the walls, and large rectangular pedestals sit at regular intervals on the floor. One in the center has a lid sitting askew on it. |

On the side in ornate letters is the name "Walfreid von Furchstam". Gripping your stake, you peer inside. It's empty except for some dirt. The lid moves slightly under the pressure of your hand. It looked heavier than that. You wonder if one of the other coffins' lids would be as easy to move, but you're afraid of what you might find inside. |
