You approach a middle-aged man who is walking along the street and ask him for the house of William Farrier. He seems to recognize the name, and tells you that the Farriers live on the outskirts of town. He points you in the house's direction, but you cannot see very far because a cluster of other buildings is also in that direction, blocking your view. You thank the man and set off.

The streets seem oddly quiet for a midday town, and you see very few people walking about. You round a corner come to the edge of the house area-one house remains. You see it not far off in the distance, a moderately large, 1 story home that seems set apart from the rest. You approach it. There is a stable to the side of the house, where the horse you are now riding must normally live.

Now that you are at the house, you feel a little apprehensive, but there's nothing else to do. You walk up to the front door, with the horse behind you...
