However, in the interim, Amanda's dad hss divorced her mom and moved out, and right as it looks like there's going to be a "they lived happily ever after", Mom tries to steal Mark away for herself, or barring that at least convince her daughter to share Mark with her for as long as both Amanda and Mom still live. You don't have to, but I thought it might make a nice storyline. (It actually happened to me when I was younger... I ended up with my GF and her mom sharing me. That lasted about 5 years.)
