Backyard wrestling tenure
Backyard Adrenaline Wrestling (BAW/HGEW)(2008-2010)
Hardie was one of the founding fathers of Backyard Adrenaline Wrestling. Although not much of BAW received online coverage, the federation was a consist federation with many people coming to watch their shows. Hardie was one of the leaders of the NWO-style HGEW faction, which led to confusion of people mistaking BAW for HGEW.
BAW did however have success while online, as a member of the now-defunct Allied Wrestling Syndicate, their videos were often featured and received 300+ views. BAW had a consistent fanbase throughout their two year tenure. BAW decided to call it an end in early 2010, as many people grew tired of not being online and exam period had come up.
Hardie, joined forces with Ryan Shadows in order to do one last series of BAW shows known as 'The Last Stand'. Despite the name, Hardie and Shadows are prepared to start more BAW shows if the event is a success, whether these shows will be online or not is yet to be determined. The Last Stand event will feature numerous BAW originals, and is seen as a "Hardcore Exit" for most of them.
