Monthly Feature Article: June 2010

The BBW World Heavyweight Championship is a backyard wrestling world championship in Global Backyard Wrestling Nation (GBYWN). Initially, it was first apart of federation alliance Battle Born Wrestling (BBW) as it was expanding globally from territory to territory that in turn, rendered the title into an actual world title. In November 2009, BBW merged into Global Backyard Wrestling News to form separate alliance GBYWNation.

The BBW World Heavyweight Championship was introduced on the first episode of BBW, BBW 1: Battle Born in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 5, 2008. (more)

Featured Backyard Wrestler: June 2010

The Featured Backyard Wrestler of the Month of April is Sic Ric. Sic Ric is an American backyard wrestler performing in Suicidal Wrestling Clash as well as within REVIVAL. Although Sic Ric is probably best known for his death matches and inexplicable bumps, he is usually one who prides himself on being a well-rounded strong style and technical wrestler.

On March 31, 2010 the GBYWN Spring Challenge initiated and on May 30 came its deadline. Also we approach summer which elaborately means summer vacation and good weather for many as well as many events and supershows that will be hosted between June and August. Featured Backyard Federation: June 2010

The Featured Backyard Federation of the Month of June is Red Star Wrestling (RSW). RSW is a UK backyard wrestling federation which opened in October 2009 by Lewis Blue and Chris Clash. It is considered to be a lonesome trampoline federation in the United Kingdom as well as arguably all of England. All of its events are video packaged and available online for viewership. Also, RSW is a member of the largest backyard wrestling alliance, Global Backyard Wrestling Nation.
