History
The concept of SCW originated shortly after the end of the Elementary Wrestling League (EWL) in 2000. Jacko, along with a few friends created their own backyard wrestling federation known as the Extreme Wrestling Federation. Renaming the promotion to Dome in 2005. In 2007, the company then changed its name to Wii Wrestling, before becoming Smash Championship Wrestling in 2008.
In 2008, SCW began uploading their event videos online. However, it took awhile for some internet recognition to come about. SCW Tuesday is its sole event of the week unless a supercard is occuring. The show, including all other events, were taped in Queens, New York.
