HomeGrown Extreme Wrestling (HGEW) is a backyard wrestling federation formed in 2008 hailing from the Inverness District of Scotland. Originally, the use of weapons was prohibited in HGEW, but after new management took control, they have decided to transform themselves into a more hardcore federation.
HGEW maintains a roster with people from all over the United Kingdom including England and Wales, while every Saturday, the federation plans to come together to perform and produce 30 minute web broadcasts including supercards. HGEW also aspires to ascend the top of British backyard wrestling.
