An elite branch of Her Majesty's Royal Guard, focusing on innovative and often eccentric new weapon development. Infamously housed Andrew "Skid" Mulligan, who pioneered the Deammunitized Electric Flashgun, the Sonar Harpoon, and the Bright Flashes Clouding My Vision Oh God Dance.
Skid Mulligan's work is often tested on inconsequential vessels like the HMS Ziggurat.
The branch is named after Roger Phidipedes Llewyn, credited for creating the Llewyn Model Tri-Dimensional Event Simulator.
