You need to install a firefox extension and/or add a small piece of code to your template.

Description

This is a service that will turn any comments page on blogger into an RSS feed, you can link to it from the blog posts pages any user can subscribe, you can also install a greasemonkey script that will give you a subscribe link on everyone elses blogs.
