There are two versions of this hack:
- one that works with the current, buggy version of Beta, and
- one that is more elegant but does not work due to a Blogger Beta bug.
Even if you're only using one of the hacks, you should probably read both of them to get the whole picture.

Description
Create a tagcloud in Blogger Beta - with tags that vary in size or color - instead of the standard list of tags that Beta templates include.
Method
- Copy the template into a text editor.
- Locate the code that generates the tag list.
- Delete and replace with the text in the hack.
- Add some styles to the header.
- Paste the template back into Blogger Beta.
