Install Greasemonkey to modify Mozilla. Install [http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/765.user.js Jasper's userscript]. This modifies the create-post page in Blogger, adding a check-box to enable keeping the current time. The newest version of the script also keeps date & time options visible at all times, overriding Blogger's newer toggle option.
