the Cas arm, or Cas hrim in the Evrin language which is the basis of ogholm tilar fris, is an arm of the Tiyica galaxy. Long ago, it was colonised by mixed species from the planet Cotos. The colonies were headed by the arm department, which in time came to be equal to all the other regional departments combined. The inhabitants of cas continued to live as a single, harmonious federation for centuries, interupted only by occasional, minor problems, untill the exploration probe charl samium, exploring deep space, ran into the midsts of a huge war. The ogholm tryed to remain neutral, but accidentally offended the combatants and ended up facing an invasion force which shattered the nation.
