The Purpose of Abnormalia

As stated on the main page, Abnormalia came about when I realised there were thousands of people out there with wonderful, creative ideas that just aren't big enough to merit a whole project. You may have made up a religion, sure, but then what? Create a website? Write a novel? Start a cult?

I felt it was a real shame, all these wonderfull ideas going to waste because there just wasn't much opportunity to share them. You can mention them on forums or write short stories, but there is no way to collect all those little pieces of the puzzle and put them together. What Abnormalia strives to be is a Wiki of the Imagination.

What's in a Name

Abnormalia may seem like a strange name for those of you who aren't familiar with the Ministry of Abnormality, the forum around the webcomic Commissioned where the idea for a wiki of the imagination was born.
