Shiver Star, ( or PS 863-12 Q to the Celestial Architect) of the Starlite System in the Mid-Rim region of space. It has creatures similar to those on other nearby planets, the evolution of which was influenced by the Celestial Architects, although these creatures mostly evolved to adapt to the frozen climate of the planet. The entire planet has a very low temperature and climate, and its economy is industrially based. The current ruler is Chills Pacone.
