The hypno beam is a powerful device with the ability to hypnotize almost anyone easily. There has been varying versions of the hypno beam, some more powerful than others, and have appeared in Hachacha, The Yoshi Bodyguards, and Topmonhit's Comics. Despite what some people may suspect, Topmonhit's reason for bringing it into the RPs is that he thinks it's cool and whatnot. In recent times, however, its usage has gone down quite a bit.
