Gluposs is a Duplighost who is just about the only remaining person at the Crystal Palace. He never really talks about his past or why he's in the Crystal Palace, and he seems to be reluctant to leave, with the exception of when he leaves the planet itself. This makes him very difficult to be a character that is used in just about anything. He seems to like pranks, but unlike Parnky, doesn't do them all the time. He also seems to be bored quite often.

History
Early Life
Gluposs' early life was actually revealed once, but that story is N/A and so it will be OFFICIALLY revealed LATERNESS!
Life at Crystal Palace
And so, Gluposs found the Crystal Palace. A shady Ninji sold him a room there (even though he probably could have just moved in on his own terms), and he set up a hidden room where he had a bed, a television, a fridge (which was just a box labeled "FRIDGE" as it was cold enough already for things to not go bad), and other items. There, he lived in solitude, never normally coming out except to get food, although how he found food is a mystery.
Eventually, one day, he was walking through the Crystal Palace and found what looked like the Star Rod, only it was blue. He took it, and when he returned to his home, he realized the television was suddenly unable to work. He looked at star rod-esque item he had found, and figured out it was magic. Thus, he set a random bell that was in the palace to turn a resident of the nearby Shiver City into a taco every time it rang.
His "prank" fell apart when a group calling themselves The Yoshi Bodyguards showed up, looking for the Star Rod shard he had. He admitted that he did it, and turned the residents back. He then asked them to fix his TV; in exchange, he'd give them the shard. They agreed, but while they were fixing it, Gluposs was attacked by some Shadow Creatures and another duplighost. Specifically, they were Beldam, Marilyn and Doopliss. Gluposs relinquished the piece, but then transformed into a Shadow Creature design of his own to trick them.
When the YB encountered Beldam, Marilyn and Doopliss soon after, they battled; in the end, Gluposs revealed to being Gluposs and blasted Beldam, Marilyn and Doopliss, causing them to lose the Star Rod piece. They fled, and Gluposs gave the YB the shard. Since then, he began to make periodic trips to Shiver City, although it's unknown if the residents of Shiver City ever knew he was the one turning them into tacos...
Return of the YB
The YB returned one day, now with a couple of Wigglers as well. Apparently, they needed some sort of star-shaped jewel to stop some demon or something. Gluposs told them there was a large door with a keyhole in it he was never able to get into; Oshy got an idea that it might be for the legendary Ice Key of Stop 'n' Swop (even though that makes no sense). Gluposs followed them to another planet known as Rareworld, where they attempted to get the Ice Key from a short guy named Fawful. Apparently Gluposs had heard of him, as he turned himself into Fawful's leader, Cackletta, and convinced him to give the YB the Ice Key. Once the YB had the key, they rushed back to the Crystal Palace, opened up the door, and got the jewel. Gluposs remained in the Crystal Palace, though, and didn't come help them.
Later on, Cackletta, Fawful, and another witch, known as Gruntilda, appeared in the Crystal Palace late one night. Gluposs stayed hidden, but saw them go into the room the YB had opened and then entered a strange room with letters everywhere, after which they spelled out some codes and left. The YB showed up the next day, and came to the conclusion that whatever it was had to do with "Stop 'n' Swop". The YB left to Rareworld, leaving Gluposs there to wait for them. When they returned, they had some strange, large eggs which they put into some egg-carton-shaped holes. This apparently opened a new location, but guess what, Gluposs still did not go with them, and thus did not find out whatever it was that occured.

Trivia
- Gluposs is the lowest-numbered character to have not yet appeared in Topmonhit Story.
- The spot Gluposs inhabits on Topmonhit's Character List was originally inhabited by a chomp named Chompy; Topmonhit got rid of him mostly due to his lack of appendages, and replaced him with a shy guy Lysh, who Top deemed boring and finally he got Gluposs. Both Lysh and Gluposs were light blue in color.
