Hey You is a great. He's Topmonhit's most enigmatic, crazy, insane, nutso, loopy, kooky, oddtastic, silly, off-the-wall character. He was made to be a Sonic character due to Topmonhit not having enough random ones, and he eventually became Topmonhit's favorite character. He's the last of the dodos, making him the dodo king, although his father was a roadrunner, which is really just an excuse to give him superspeed.

Top Story Bio
Hey You, as he’s called, is essentially the definition of insanity, kookiness, oddtastic, crazy, insanity again, nutty, and so on. He can do almost anything, as he’s generally not bound by the laws of physics. His father was a roadrunner, giving him extreme speed. He can play the accordion, sing, dance, and push buttons, too! People generally don’t seem to like him (I don’t know why), but he hangs around them anyway. Not like it’s actually possible to hurt him; he’ll just keep coming back! He also has the longest theme song ever. And he can use his feet as hands. Am I forgetting anything? Okay.
History
Hey You did some stuff, then showed up to help save the Master Princess. Er, Master Emerald. From a robot. Of a Kirby. Then he annoyed an old magic guy and then everyone ran away. Then he showed up with Tabbir "Whirl" and Evelyn to help them and stuff. He's going to do something great in that story, though.
