The Cloud is Topmonhit's Omnipotent Voice-of-the-User Character. It was the original and probably the best since it has a story that actually makes it himself.

Development
Original Idea
Originally, Topmonhit was boring and used (()) or just "Topmonhit:" or stuff like that. Then, while in the story Phairy Tails of Doom, Topmonhit randomly had a cloud appear to explain what they were supposed to do--after all, it seemed to make sense in a fairy tale land, making The Cloud the only good/important thing to come out of that story. Somehow, Topmonhit decided that he should continue using it, and so he did. Eventually it began to evolve into a vehicle instead of a character in its own right.
In-Story History
No one knows who or what built it. All that's known is that AFLAC brought it to Topmonhit, and when Topmonhit asked where it came from, AFLAC said that Topmonhit brought it to it.
At any rate, Sub wants The Cloud. Haha he won't get it.
