"By the way, I lied before, gramps. I'm not Jonas. Name's Jack."
-Jack, after pretending to be Jonas

Who is Jack, exactly? For one thing, he is a Sneasel who wears a fedora. Jack is, through and through, seen as a menace to Yoki Yoki's society. He has committed many acts against the law, and is indeed what you'd call a "jerk". But what may seem as acts done without reason are really not; in reality, it's the worked of a screwed up perspective of the world.

Jack's Past

Yes, Jack has a past. It was going to be written in novel form, but I'd rather just put forth the ideas here, just so I don't forget them. Also note that most of this was written with Jack as human in mind, but since he is a Pokemon I kind of modified it a bit.

Early Years

Jack was born in a poorly kept up neighborhood, as he was born in the times that Pokemon were able to build their own civilations and whatnot. Except, sadly for him, he is what you call an "accident child". As his parents didn't want to be seen as dishonorable wrecks, they kept him. Despite keeping him, they constantly neglected and beat him, some of which might've messed up his perspectives on what a good family relationship really is.

Due to being neglected, he was able to basically do whatever he wanted. In his solo adventures away from home, he met another Sneasel named Jonas. As Jonas was quite a bit older than he was, he took it upon himself to teach Jack on what he called the "basics"; through this, Jack learned a few details, and even started adapting to some of his mannerisms. In a test to see if Jack had the willpower to murder the ones closest to him, Jonas gave one final "life lesson": how to shoot a gun. Through trickery, he had Jack shoot at him. Although it was what one would consider to be an "accident", Jonas purposefully guilted him just before dying.

Being this one of the few times Jack has shown emotion in his life, he took his own killing badly. Not wanting to ever forget Jonas, he took his hat, and threw his body out into the ocean so nobody would find what he had done. What he didn't realize, however, was that Jonas' mannerisms stuck to him a little too well; in times where he does not have absolute control of a situation, or in times where he believes that being "Jack" would do nothing, he switches his personality to that of "Jonas". Ironically enough, this disguise involves not wearing the fedora, because he'd be outed as Jack and because when he last "saw" Jonas (aka when he got rid of the body), he was without the hat.

After Jonas' murder, Jack took it upon himself to realize that if he could murder his closest friend, why not get rid of the ones who gave life to him as well? Tired of their torments (and finally wanting to have control over their lives), Jack murdered his own parents. Realizing that staying in this part of town would be useless (and still being underaged), Jack traveled off until he reached an all-male Pokemon boarding school.

School Years

[I'm still working on this. It's gonna be the longest article out of all of my characters, I swear.--ChibiKirbyNess 13:53, 18 January 2009 (PST)]
