Chills Pacone is the effective ruler of Shiver Star, owning over 50% of the planet's businesses and organizations. He is the son of a former mafia boss who had died in the creating of Darkcorp, and since then he has seeked revenge on those who had killed his father. He seems to be cold and cruel with very little remorse.
