Pokeworld is a planet of the Zornell Sector, in the Mid-Rim of Sentient Space. One of the few worlds habitable for life, Pokeworld houses a strange genetic strain of creatures known as Pokemon. The world was colonized by the Galactic Federation in the early 1700s, but in the mid 1800s was given it's own government. Pokeworld is a common planet in Yoshi Bodyguard stories, namely due to it's vast criminal underworld and strange creatures that inhabit it. In addition, many Yoshi Bodyguards are from Pokeworld.

History
Creation and Early years
According to Pokéworld myth, the planet's creation is started when the "first" pokemon named Arceus emerged from an egg created Pokeworld with a thousand arms or at least crafted a dead T0 planet in a T3 planet. No one knows if this took place during the birth of the universe or billions of years ago which is a heated debate between historians. Other myths state there was an ancestory to all Pokemon, Mew. Whether this would point to Mew coming before Arceus or Arceus not technically being a Pokemon is something no one ever bothers to debate about. In prehistoric times, some pokemon species roam the planet. Very few information are availible how did the humans appear in Pokéworld due to the destruction of most records and evidence during a interplanetary war in the early 20th century.
Culture
The entire world of pokemon is much like ours in planet Earth but with pokemon. For some reason, humans who commanded pokemon called Trainers must catch, battle, and raise pokemon. Trainers must battle other trainers and wild pokemon which is international law or a worldwide tradition depending on which reigon. Others, however, choose to become Pokemon Coordinators, which stresses on style more than just battling. Still others keep them as pets.
After the human race on Pokeworld became extinct in some time in between 21st and 26th century, most of the pokemon develop sentience, taking over their former masters' roles while retaining their long-living status to maintain their world.
