Well, I guess you could count Popple. He actually tried to take the Star Rod at Popstar, but I suppose he did fight against Grodus on the Hag 3 or something...
And technically Eggman had gotten emeralds from Star World and Mobius. ;o
WHAT, NO FAWFUL MENTION? I mean, Cackletta and Grunty count together anyway.
Also Tabbir Whirl doesn't link to anywhere. Tabbir "Whirl" does, however.
